The space
The apartment is in a private historical building with 6 units specifically made for Short Term Rentals.
This unit is a studio-style apartment made specifically for Short Term Rental. It is intended for two guests. We provide a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed (medium hardness).
Have in mind this is a small apartment. We believe we did an excellent job spacing it out and making it very cozy and comfortable.
The apartment is not shared with anyone else, you will have a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, eating area, TV in front of the bed.
The apartment is located on a second floor and you will need to go up stairs. All six apartments share the hallway and the lounge area.
We include towels, toilet paper, sheets and pillows, quilts, water, snacks, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
We offer high-speed wifi, smart TV with Netflix, amazon prime video, and other Roku channels with live streaming TV. There is no cable TV in our units (who uses that anyway).
If you need to use our Laundry, we have a shared laundry area with on demand access and a special schedule. We do charge an extra small fee of $5 for detergents. The schedule is from 6pm until 10am.

IMPORTANT!
Check-in is strictly after 4 pm and Check-out is at 11 am. You may request a different schedule as long as it is available/possible. There is an extra charge of $10 per hour for early check-in or late check-out. Thank you for understanding.
Other things to note
SATURDAY CHECK-INS: For check-in on Saturdays you must reserve more than 3 nights, and contact me beforehand.
FRIDAY CHECK-INS:
We do not work on Sabbath, that is Friday sunset until Saturday sunset. Please make sure you read all of the instructions before sunset on Friday, if you still have any doubts please contact me early. Thank you 🙂
PETS:
Orange B Living does allow pets in the majority of our other apartments, please check the listing details to make sure. Have in mind only one pet is allowed per reservation, the pet cannot exceed 75lbs, and you will be charged a non-refundable pet fee of $35. Please make sure you add the pet to your guest count before reserving.
SERVICE ANIMALS:
We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay. Please have handy your certificate and remember to bring the appropriate pet vest for Service Animals, Emotional Support, or Psychiatric Service Dogs.
